LINK LOCKERS AND LINK 51 SHELVING DIVISION WIN KEY NHS CONTRACT

Link Lockers and sister company Link 51 are announcing joint success with the renewal of the NHS Supply Chain contract for the supply of metal storage equipment to the NHS in England and Wales for a further three year period. This complements the existing contract also held by Link Lockers, to supply lockers and associated equipment to the Scottish NHS.

The agreement now includes Link Lockers’ extensive range of personal storage designs alongside a full range of shelving systems available from the Shelving and Storage Division of Link 51 – effectively providing a one-stop shop for all metal storage requirements in the NHS.  Importantly, the products feature BioCote® anti-bacterial coating – the only technology of its type to have its performance and capability proven in the hospital environment through peer-reviewed trials.

Significantly, say the companies, the successful tender process has been based on more than the wide choice and proven performance of their respective product ranges, particularly in the context of the needs of the NHS estate.  Key elements of service and support have played an equally vital role, as Chris O’Connor, Managing Director of Link Lockers explains –
